Geranium sanguineum “Frivolius™”: These “Frivolius™” Geraniums have been selected for their compact growth and flowering pattern in early spring. They easily fill a 3-liter container without overhanging flower stems. In the garden, they grow into an excellent ground cover with prolonged flowering and larger flowers. The best method is with Geranium Frivolius™, which should be potted around August-September and overwintered in 3-liter/2.5-liter pots. By April, the first flowers can already appear. There’s also the option to pot overwintered 8 cm plugs into 2.5 to 3 liters from week 7 to 12. These will then flower around May. It is an outdoor cultivation, but from the cold greenhouse, they bloom a bit earlier.
